Young Talents in Internal Medicine

Compete with the most ambitious and talented young internists from around the world. Take part in the 6th edition of an international event for young internists: Young Talents in Internal Medicine (Best Case Report Contest 2024), which will take place 9-11 May 2024 in Kraków, Poland.

To take part in the contest, prepare your case report illustrating diagnostic difficulties, treatment challenges, or clinical reasoning in internal medicine and obtain endorsement of your national society of internal medicine. Submit your case by 29 January 2024 via our online submission system (visit www.mircim.eu/bcrc for details).

All submissions will be presented during the 9th McMaster International Review Course in Internal Medicine (MIRCIM 2024).

Main prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place:

· €1000 (1st place), €600 (2nd place), €400 (3rd place)

· Free accommodation during MIRCIM 2025 (1st and 2nd place)

· Free attendance at the European Congress of Internal Medicine (ECIM) 2025 (1st place)

· Publication in the Polish Archives of Internal Medicine (IF, 4.8)

Authors of the 3 top-ranked posters will be awarded:

· Diploma

· Free participation in MIRCIM 2025

· Publication in the Polish Archives of Internal Medicine (IF, 4.8)

All authors of cases qualified for oral presentation will receive:

· Certificate for oral presentation

· Free participation in MIRCIM 2025

All authors of submissions accepted into the poster session will receive a certificate for poster presentation.
